Saturday 19th tours starting at 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm & 3pm.
Sunday 26th October tours starting at 2pm and 3pm.

Please note:
> There are stairs and steps in the property - even the toilet is down 2 steps.
> Car access is along an unmade (though good quality) track and parking is restricted as no room to turn round. Those who are fit can park in Ewyas Harold village and walk 10 minutes uphill for access.

Other Turn up for house tours at given times

Sue welcomes you to her 1900ish home in Ewyas Harold. It's a mixture of stone and single skin brick with a slate roof and 2007 extension.

Modifications:

Dry lining insulation, wood pellet boiler, hot water panels, solar panels, double glazing.

Motivation to retrofit:

For comfort and to reduce carbon footprint.

Approximate cost:

The recent solar PV panels cost £6k. Other changes were made as part of major improvements so it's difficult to specify costs.

Benefits:

Persistent dampness eliminated and comfort.
