Stephen and Celia welcome you to their 3 bed detached new build, built to passive house standards but not certified.

Green features:
Solar, air source heat pump, battery storeage, mvhr, high levels of insulation, embedded carbon, recycleable materials, local materials where practical, rain water storage.

We're also trying to garden as green as possible, creating “edible garden”.

Motivations to make changes:
New build where we wanted to be as neutral/sustainable as possible.

Benefits:
Low energy bills, even temperature in hot or cold ambient spells.
